If you purchased an upgrade, but you are not seeing the upgrade in your live Plugin, this could be due to one of the following reasons:
Single Premium Upgrade on wrong Plugin
A Single Premium Upgrade is good on exactly one version of a Plugin. That means, if you upgrade Form Builder, you will have one upgraded form in your account. If you have a second and third form in your account, those are unaffected by the upgrade.
A user cannot move the upgrade from one Plugin to a different one. If you upgraded a Plugin that isn't the one on your live site, our Support Team can move the upgrade to the correct Plugin for you.
Note: If you were hoping to upgrade multiple Plugins (of the same type or various different Plugins), the Pro upgrade is the best choice for you. Our Support Team can help you switch to that plan. We'll be happy to pro-rate you for the Premium payment already made.
Pre-upgrade version of Plugin is cached
Depending on your web browser's settings, the changes in your Plugin after upgrading may not be reflected immediately. Try refreshing your browser window. If that doesn't help, clear your cache and refresh your browser once more.
