Refunds can only be issued for annual and biannual upgrades. Monthly upgrades are not eligible for refunds. If you purchased an annual upgrade and it's been less than 30 days since you were charged, please cancel your upgrade first. Then, submit a ticket and include the following details: a) Reason for cancellation and refund. b) Date and amount charged. c) Email address we have on file for your POWr account.
