Refunds can only be issued for annual and biannual upgrades. Monthly upgrades are not eligible for refunds. If you purchased an annual or biennial upgrade and it's been less than 5 days since you were charged, please cancel your upgrade first. Then, submit a ticket and include the following details: a) Reason for cancellation and refund. b) Date and amount charged. c) Email address we have on file for your POWr account.

We offer Plugin-specific Premium and Pro upgrades as well as a Business upgrade that upgrades the entire POWr Suite. Premium is the basic entry-level upgrade that removes the POWr logo and provides additional features. Pro is the more advanced option that gives you more features in the upgraded Plugin. With POWr Business, you can use unlimited features in an unlimited number of different POWr Plugins.
